At Preston Primary School each individual is valued for their unique qualities and everyone is supported to be the best that they can be. We strive for an environment in which “Caring Hearts and Enquiring Minds’ are nurtured and where learning is fun, stimulating and challenging; where positive supportive relationships and kindness are a way of life.
We are determined that every child who leaves Preston Primary School does so with the best possible chance of future success, having experienced the joy of learning and developed the knowledge, skills and attitudes that will carry them wherever they want to go in life.
The School Development Plan (SDP) is our strategic document which outlines Preston Primary School's priorities and objectives for improvement over the coming year. It is updated annually to set clear goals focused on enhancing teaching quality, pupil outcomes, and overall school performance. The SDP includes targeted actions for key areas such as curriculum development, staff training, and resource allocation. By identifying specific areas for growth and improvement, the SDP provides a roadmap for our teachers, leaders and governors to work together to create the best possible learning environment for our pupils. A summary of our SDP is available to download below.
